KOREAN AIR - KE (180). RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AGENTS BY NAME CHANGES

We draw your attention to the procedure of changing the passenger name field. Any errors and misrepresentations in the passenger name field are subject to mandatory correction and imply reissue of the ticket.

Aeroflot - SU (555). Mandatory e-mail of passengers in the booking (PNR).

Please note that from 01.01.19 g mandatory required to make the e-mail address (e-mail) of the passenger. E-mail should be made to the booking till the moment of issuing the ticket. We would like to inform you that starting from January 1, 2019 Aegean Airlines will impose a penalty for unissued bookings in case of no-show on the flight. The penalty will be issued in the form of ADM in the amount of 15 Euros (equivalent in rubles) for each segment multiplied by the number of passengers.

Korean Air-KE (180). Additional penalty for NO-SHOW on the flight

Please note that Korean Air introduces an additional penalty for no-show on the flight for passengers who do not Board the plane after passing to the departure zone.

Tap Portugal - TP (047). Service fee for ticket refund

When making a refund in BSP LINK SERVICE FEE will be CHARGED: EUR 15 if the refund is made within 24 hours of ticket issuance. Refunds are made on EMD-S Deposit for Further Transportation.
