Dear agents,

We would like to remind you of the airline's policy regarding violation of the order of booking of flight segments
The policy of reservation sequence of reservation of a flight segment. Breaking the Segments After booking an O&D, segments are ‘married’. It is not allowed to split the segments again. In case volations rules “married segments”, agents will be subject to fines and reservations will be canceled.

Violation of the priority of flight segments in order to gain access to lower booking classes is considered by the airline as a violation of the booking procedure. The following examples fall under such violations:

• Cancellation of the segment that is part of the connecting flight for departure and destination (O&D). For example, a flight from Sydney (SYD) to London (LHR) via Dubai (DXB) is booked and the Dubai-London flight is cancelled.
• Violation of the order of flight segments booking. For example, when selling a DME-DXB-MLE-DXB-MLE ticket, MLE-DXB-DME flights are booked first
• Booking an additional segment to get extended access to availability, regardless of point of sale (POS), point of departure and destination (O&D).

Emirates will reveal the violations listed above, limit the design of the tickets and/or cancel the reservation. If tickets have already been issued, ADM will be issued with the following penalties:

Economy class

• One-way ticket-250 USD
• Return ticket-400 USD

Business class and First class

• One-way ticket-400 USD
• Return ticket-700 USD

In booking (PNR), which revealed violations, will be made an additional remark:

• SSROTHSYY/// ODXX/ BKG XXLD DUE BOOKED OUT OF SEQUENCE (non-ticketed bookings)
• OTHSEK/// violated OD is booked out of sequence
• SSROTHSYY/// ODXX/ ADM DUE BOOKED OUT OF SEQUENCE (ticketed bookings)
• OTHSEK/// violated OD is booked out of sequence RIOD/ XXLD DUE BKD INCOMPLETE OD PAIR
• OTHSEK/// violated OD is booked incorrectly RIOD/ ADM DUE BKD INCOMPLETE OD PAIR
• OTHSEK/// violated OD is booked incorrectly
