Making changes to the name field Dear partner,

We draw your attention to the procedure of changing the passenger name field.

Any errors and misrepresentations in the passenger name field are subject to mandatory correction and imply reissue of the ticket.

In case of any changes in the name field, it is necessary to carry out the proper identification of the passenger in order to avoid changes in bookings or tickets of third parties. For errors of the following nature:

• 1. Error in the format of;
• 2. Official name change (proof required) ;
• 3. Any error in booking with the presence of a segment in another airline.

 Further manipulations are carried out in the OLD booking (PNR). Please contact your Korean Air representative to make changes to the name field.

 In case of errors of any other nature (incorrect order of first and last name, errors with middle name, typos, etc.) it is necessary to create a NEW booking (PNR).

Booking classes - original. If they are not available ,make a reservation with a waiting list and contact the Korean Air representative.

• Next, the ticket is reissued without penalties and additional fees ;
• In TourCode (FT) contains code 8RCTFRWBAW. If FT already has some other Tourcode, you need to make the code in the FE format //8RCTFRWBAW// ;
• In format SR OTHS input to enter information text in free form about the reason for the replacement of the passenger name and identity verification .
