News → Turkish Airlines - TK (235). EXCHANGE rules in case the change of the schedule

Dear colleagues,
We inform You about the permissible actions related to the change of flight departure time in the issued tickets - SCHEDULE EXCHANGE:

  • In case of a change in the departure time within + / - 15 minutes, provided that this change does not violate the permissible connecting flights and does not provoke MISCONNECTION, all changes in the ticket are carried out according to the rules of the fare.
  • In case of change of departure time within +/- 15 minutes and violate the permissible connecting flights, changes in the ticket are made forcibly within -7 / +15 days from the date of flight. Changes can be made only 1 time.
  • In case of a change in the departure time exceeding + / - 15 minutes, provided that the passenger refuses the proposed alternative flight, it is allowed to change the flight to dates within-7/+15 days from the flight date. If necessary, it is possible to change the other parts of the flight also within the period of -7/+15 days. Rerouting within the area of the original ticket is also allowed. All changes are carried out within the framework of involuntary, without any penalties and surcharges at the rate, however, in the chambers of the original ticket service class. Changes can be made only 1 time.

In case of a change in the departure time exceeding + / - 15 minutes, a full INVOLUNTARY REFUND or refund of the unused part of the ticket is allowed. Refunds are free of charge.
