From may 15, 2019, the new uniform rules will come into force in case of schedule changes on Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS flights. With additional options, passengers will have more opportunities to change their tickets in case of flight cancellations just before departure.
This policy of Gulf Air comes into force on April 28, 2019 and applies to flights to/from Sri Lanka before the normalization of the situation in the country. All passengers with GF tickets issued before 21 April 2019 for flights to Colombo before 31.05.2009 inclusive are allowed to change the date/route for travel until 30 June 2019. No fee will be charged for changes in this case.
