News → Gulf Air. Updated Refund policy in connection with the cancellation of the flight to/from Sudan

Dear agents!

The update of the policy of Gulf Air comes into force on June 18, 2019 (replacing the version of 10.06.2009).

GF flights to/from Khartoum (KRT) from 6 to 30 June 2019 have been temporarily cancelled due to the unfavourable situation in the country. Any unpaid bookings (PNR) with this segment must be cancelled immediately.

Involuntary refund:

Involuntary refund  is possible via BSPLink. The booking file (PNR) must be made with the following remark:

OSI INVOLUNTARY REFUND DUE TO GF SUDAN FLIGHT SUSPENSION

In case of a completely unused ticket, the fare is fully refundable.

In the case of a partially used refund ticket, the difference between the fare paid and the fare used (OW) must be calculated.
