We inform you about the change in the departure time of flights TG 975/TG974 DME – BKK – DME for the period August 1 – October 26, 2019.

The previous departure time

TG 975   DME BKK   1825 0730+1

TG 974   BKK DME   1050 1635 

Departure time according to the new schedule (01 August – 26 October 2019):

TG 975   DME BKK   2205 1110+1

TG 974   BKK DME   1400 1945  

The new schedule provides more opportunities for connect flights not only to destinations within Thailand both on its own flights and on joint flights with THAI Smile/WE, but also for trips to Southeast Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, luangprabang, Vientiane, Taipei, Yangon, Phnom Penh, Siam).

Rules for ticket reissuance and refund

• Flights operated by TG and WE (Code-Share) – change of the date of the connecting flight is not allowed, the change of the departure time is allowed. Passengers can transfer to their own Tg flights or to flights operated by THAI Smile (WE) in the lowest available class of booking - RBD (not lower than the original) and in the same class of service (economy or business class). It is necessary to make involuntary reissue without penalty, in the field of ENDORSEMENT made remark "TPI CHANGE" indicating the flight number and date of departure of the original flight.
• Flights operated by Bangkok Airways (PG) – it is allowed rebooking to the next connecting flight in the same class of booking - RBD. It is necessary to make involuntary reissue without penalty, in the field of ENDORSEMENT made remark "TPI CHANGE" indicating the flight number and date of departure of the original flight. • Passengers travelling to Denpasar (DPS): Bangkok – Denpasar flight must be rebooked the next day in the lowest RBD (not lower than the original) in the same class of service (economy or business class) and make involuntary reissue without penalty, in the field of ENDORSEMENT made remark "TPI CHANGE" indicating the flight number and date of departure of the original flight. It is also allowed to change the date of departure Moscow – Bangkok 1 day earlier. Passengers travelling from Moscow to Denpasar will be provided with a hotel at Bangkok airport.
