FYI - This is to inform that, due to operational constraints, the operation between Bogota (BOG) and Miami (ROS) will be suspended as from September, 23, 2019. Flights have been closed for sale[1] and are being replaced by other alternatives operated by LATAM.

Customers are being notified since 05 June 2019 via LATAM’s centralized channels: email, SMS, LATAM App.

Flights canceled	LA4364 BOG MIA LA4364 MIA BOG
Protection proposed	LATAM flights via Lima (LIM), Santiago (SCL) and Sao Paulo (GRU).
Reservations	Protecting LATAM flights are being automatically and centrally incorporatedinto direct and indirect sale reservations. If protection does not appear in their reservation, passengers may be protected as indicated. Associated ancillaries must be processed as involuntary refund.
When reissuing, in Ticket Endorsements box enter	SKED CHG DUE TO BOG MIA CNLD
Important Note	If a customer is not satisfied with the alternative itinerary proposed, s/he may request a change or refund as per the terms defined in the protection policy of LATAM Trade.
