Dear colleagues!

Representative office of JSC "Asiana airlines Inc" Khabarovsk informs You about the upcoming closure of the representative office of Asiana Airlines in Khabarovsk. We also inform You that the airline closes offices in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (UUS) and Chicago (ORD). The decision to close was made by the head office of the airline in Seoul. Thus, Asiana Airlines ceases to operate regular flights to three destinations: KHV/UUS/ORD. 

At the moment, the staff of the representative office clarifies the lists of passengers from canceled flights.

The airline offers the following solutions:

• Full refund (RA via BSPlink)
• Possible involuntary refund of partly used ticket – refund the unused part of the fare and the unused fees / taxes (RA via BSPlink)
• Date change (this applies to passengers who have the ability to change the date of departure to the date of flight). Flights code-share take is prohibited. In case of availability of seats on the purchased booking classes, we recommend revalidation of coupons. If there are no seats for the required booking classes, please send a request to the representative office
• OAL endorse.

After agreeing with passengers, agents must take seats on flights of another airline (in the cabin of the corresponding economy or business class) and at the minimum of the available booking classes).

Agents make their own exchanges, using the authorization number - 9KLHR20K  in the box  TOURCODE;

in the box ENDORSEMENT necessary to make an inscription - INVOL REISSUE DUE TO OZ_CNXL

Restrictions

• Code-share flights are prohibited.
• Agents are not allowed to split bookings.
• After reissuance of the ticket for the flight of another airline (Endorse), it is forbidden to change the date – transfer to another airline is carried out only on the same day on which the original ticket was issued, without the possibility of changing the date.
• If there are no seats/flights on the desired date, you can choose another nearest date. Stopover is not allowed. With the exception of cases when in the original ticket, the stopover was provided.
• If the ticket has been reissued to another airline, but the passenger refuses the ticket before the day of the flight, the refund of the unused part of the ticket will be carried out as a involuntary (RA through BSPlink).
