British Airways - BA (125). Cases of receiving ADM from British Airways by agents for the wrong combination of tariffs

Cases of receiving ADM from British Airways by agents for the wrong combination of tariffs and route construction in order to reduce the cost of the flight have become more frequent. Regardless you cancel a return flight segment in PNR or not, the ADM reaches the amount of the surcharge between the applicable RT fare and the used OW fare that should have been used for such a route / flight.

Qatar Airways - QR (157). Violations of O&D rules by agents in the booking

The main mistakes are made by agents in the following case: Origin and Destination (O&D) violation (violation of the rules of booking related segments of the through route - dilution of segments and other methods committed in violation of the rules of use of "related segments").

Aeroflot - SU (555). Mandatory e-mail of passengers in the booking (PNR).

Please note that from 01.01.19 g mandatory required to make the e-mail address (e-mail) of the passenger. E-mail should be made to the booking till the moment of issuing the ticket. In connection with necessity of adjustment of technological processes and revision of the software Agents, the ADM for the lack of E-mail to bookings made before 01.02.19, exhibit will not....

Tap Portugal - TP (047). Responsible Booking Policies (Update 2018)

This booking policy enables TAP to manage the flight inventories in an optimal manner, allowing us to offer better prices, improving at the same time the passenger service while avoiding booking mistakes. TAP, will enforce this following set of rules, which comply with IATA regulations partly provided at the end of this document. TAP will audit all of these transactions to identify the non-compliant, and after confirmation of noncompliance reserves the right to issue an ADM (Agency Debit Memo) or invoice.
