Dear partners!

We remind You that for booking and ticketing in closed booking classes, the agent receives ADM.

In case of such violation on the part of the agent, the booking (PNR) within 72 (or more) hours in the SSR - element will leave a remark about the violation with a warning about the possible receipt of ADM:

ATTN OD AVAILABILITY ABUSE DETECTED – ADM WILL BE GENERATED.

In order to avoid receiving an ADM, if you receive this remark in the booking file before issuing the ticket, you must cancel the PNR and create a new PNR.

If the ticket has already been issued, after receiving a remark in the reservation (PNR), the ticket will be refunded in accordance with the fare rules.
