We remind you of the rules of application of the bank rate when changes or refund the ticket. When the ticket is reissued (changes), the penalty (charge) and fare difference is calculated at the bank rate in effect on the date of the transaction (regardless of whether the ticket already has coupons used or not).
Creation within one point of sale of duplicate bookings or multiple bookings (from 3), booking of alternative segments in the same PNR (alternative segments must be immediately deleted when creating the final booking) — 5 euros for each segment of the duplicate/alternative booking (PNR) and for each passenger in the PNR.
