Dear colleagues! 

We remind you of the rules of application of the bank rate when changes or refund the ticket.

When the ticket is reissued (changes), the penalty (charge) and fare difference is calculated at the bank rate in effect on the date of the transaction (regardless of whether the ticket already has coupons used or not).

The refunds penalty  (charge) is calculated at the BSR  rate exchange applicable at the time of the day of the original ticket issue.
