Dear partners,

For tickets involving interline partners, name amendment is not allowed for the original tickets and new ticket issuance is needed. Refund penalties will be applied. Please follow the last point of this policy.

For HX operating ticket, name change procedure has to be proceeded by HQ. We should receive the request from GSA side and your side should provide passport copy and the below information.

• Name change category: e.g title, gender, 3 letters
• Name change fee: N/A

If name change fee is applicable, Call centre team will contact the pax directly for further handling. Kindly provide pax contact information.
