We bring to your attention information about the change of the rules of involuntary refund ticket in case of visa refusal : Hainan Airlines does not make an exception for the involuntary refund of tickets in case of visa refusal. In all cases of visa refusal - ticket refund is carried out in accordance with the fare rules!
To enhance our communication and as our continued effort in improving the quality of our services to our passengers, Hong Kong Airlines Limited ("HKA") would like to make use of mobile phone number of passengers for the purpose of providing timely notification of flight-related information to the passengers by SMS (short message service), such as flight check-in status and/or schedule change due to flight disruptions.
All segments that will be identified as Churning (fifth operation (cancellation/rebooking) for the same passenger / flight in the same or different booking) will be cancelled automatically. The agent will receive a warning remark (SSR) for the fourth operation on the segment, and for the fifth operation, the agent will have one hour to issue the ticket before the automatic cancellation.
