Aerolineas Argentinas informs you that it introduces a new system for monitoring violations by the agent when booking a ticket.
All segments that will be identified as Churning (fifth operation (cancellation/rebooking) for the same passenger / flight in the same or different booking) will be cancelled automatically.
The agent will receive a warning remark (SSR) for the fourth operation on the segment, and for the fifth operation, the agent will have one hour to issue the ticket before the automatic cancellation.
The agent will receive a remark in his booking (SSR format):
Please note that the cancellation of the restored segments will stop only after the issue of the ticket..
Note: it is important to note that the automatic cancellation process does not release the agent from paying the corresponding penalty for violations in the booking system.
