We bring to your attention information about the change of the rules of involuntary refund  ticket in case of visa refusal : Hainan Airlines does not make an exception for the involuntary refund of tickets in case of visa refusal.

In all cases of visa refusal - ticket refund is carried out in accordance with the fare rules!

•  * in case of refusal of China (PRC) visa
• ** in case of refusal of a visa to a third country, with transit through China
