We would like to take this opportunity and give you a brief overview of Hahn Air’s refund procedures and benefits.
Agents can process refunds directly via GDS or can submit a refund application (RA) via BSP Link.
Hahn Air’s refund service is free of charge. No handling fees apply (partner airlines may charge cancellation fees).
Moreover, as of December 2011, Hahn Air guarantees to process the refund of the unused part of a ticket within 14 days.
Please keep in mind that Hahn Air only offers sales services to airlines and travel agencies and does not serve passengers directly.
Customer Care is always at the Agent’s responsibility and should not be redirected to Hahn Air as the service provider.
