Flight changes:
- When rescheduled travel commences by March 29, 2015 change fees and fare differences will be waived.
- Travel may be rescheduled in any fare class, same cabin
- For all other dates and ticket uses, the change fee will be waived, but a difference in fare may apply.
Travel agent information: Travel agents may make changes on tickets they have issued within the guidelines set forth by United Airlines by putting waiver code 7JCLI in the OSI field. Travel agents should check back regularly to obtain the most up to date information. Flight changes: For original scheduled travel occurring to the impacted cities March 9, 2015 - March 15, 2015. Change fee and add/collect will be waived under the following conditions:
- Rescheduled travel originates March 9, 2015 - March 29, 2015.
- Travel must be to the same cities previously ticketed
- Travel may be rescheduled in any fare class, same cabin
- Min/max stay requirements must be met for wholly rescheduled travel
Change fee will be waived, add/collect applies when rescheduled travel originates after March 29, 2015:
- New itinerary can be any origin or destination
- Any class of service
- New fare rules apply
Refunds Refunds are permitted for processing to the original form of payment. Travel agents may issue refunds for their own tickets. Agencies should include twaiver code 7JCLI in an OSI field or the ticket designator box to authorize self-refund of the ticket. Policies also apply to consolidator, internet tickets, and Mileage Plus® award tickets.
