Passenger Name Change Guideline and Procedure: To: GSA In order to standardize the Passenger Name Change Policy, attached below is the Standard Guideline for the Passenger Name Change Request:
Important Notice:

• The name change is applicable for all HX operating scheduled flight only, except chartered flight.
• The name change is not applicable for all codeshare flight.
• If the ticket issued under HX ticket stock and the booking involved other carrier(s), the agent must inform all carriers and obtain the approval for the name change, and then inform HX for authorization.
• The valid travel document, passport must be furnished as the supporting document
