Further to our previous VSbulletin, we wanted to remind you that we have had a change of terminal at London Heathrow, which may be different to any confirmation provided when your customers booked.
From 15 July 2021, we, Virgin Atlantic, alongside Delta Air Lines, have returned to our home in London Heathrow Terminal 3, following over a year of closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Departing from London Heathrow
For departures from 15 July 2021 onwards, customers should now go to Terminal 3, rather than Terminal 2.
This applies even if they are departing to a ‘Red’ list country.
Our customers will once again be able to enjoy our famous Virgin Atlantic welcome in the airline’s dedicated area in the terminal, along with flexible check-in options and warm hospitality.
Virgin Atlantic Upper Class customers, Flying Club Gold members and other eligible customers are now again able to enjoy access to the award-winning Clubhouse, Revivals lounge and Upper Class Wing.
Arriving into London Heathrow
Arrivals into London Heathrow will also arrive at Terminal 3.
The only exception is if customers are arriving from a ‘Red’ list country. These flights will continue to arrive at Terminal 4.
We’re delighted to finally be back on our ‘home turf’ and our teams can’t wait to warmly welcome back customers to
Terminal 3.
