We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your support throughout this unprecedented year. As we enter the Christmas Holiday period we wanted to update you with all our latest news.
Flight Disruption
We are aware that an increasing number of countries around the world are placing travel restrictions on flights originating from the UK. As a result, it has been necessarily to temporarily suspend passenger services to some of our destinations.
This remains a dynamic and fast-moving situation and we’re very grateful for all our customers’ patience. We will continue to keep our website up to date with all the latest updates to schedule and travel restrictions.
Please check here regularly for updates and here for specific flight status. We encourage agents with customers booked to travel over the next few days to check the official Government advice for the UK and the destination, before heading to the airport.
Please ensure the latest traveller contact information is available within the booking.
Exciting network updates for 2021
Antigua
We look forward to increasing Antigua flying from four times a week to daily operations from June 2021. Antigua will act as a “hub” in the Eastern Caribbean with flights to Grenada, Tobago, St Vincent and the Grenadines and Puerto Rico all operating via the Island.
Orlando
We look forward to adding an additional London Heathrow to Orlando service, bringing the total programme up to 3x per day in the Summer and through October. This starts from 9 July 2001.
CPT Season Extension
We were thrilled to restart flights to Cape Town this month after a 5 year hiatus. We have decided to extend our seasonal service, which will now end in June 2021 rather than April as originally planned.
Policy Reminders
Covid - 19 Flexibility for our Customers
As always, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and people is always our top priority and we understand that customers may be uncertain about their upcoming travel plans. We want to continue to offer as much flexibility as possible to your customers who may wish to change, and we would encourage you to rebook your customers where possible 21 days prior to their original travel date.
Our most up to date policy is available here.
Change to our TTLs on ITX Fares
We have extended our TTL of 14 days prior to departure for all existing and new bookings for travel up to 31 March 2021 with tickets being issued on 932 ticket stock.
We are aware of an ongoing technical limitation which results in an SSR being generated advising 30 day before departure TTL. This is an error. This revised 14 day policy stands, please follow the fare rules.
