Changes to our flying programme
As a result of the new national ‘lockdown’ restrictions in effect in the UK, which apply from 5 November until 2 December 2020, we have made some changes to our flying programme; we apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused to our customers.

We will continue to provide vital international connectivity from London Heathrow Terminal 2 for customers that are permitted to travel for work, education or other legally permitted reasons, and if that’s the case, we’re here and ready to help your customers fly safe and fly well.

It is important that your customers continue to check the latest travel restrictions in place for their destination before they travel to the airport, to ensure they have all they need to travel; including eligibility for entry and screening, and any health declarations they may be need to complete. Increasing Caribbean flying with new service to St Vincent
We are delighted to announce that Virgin Atlantic will be launching the first flight from Europe to St Vincent with new services to the Caribbean island departing from London Heathrow.
The twice-weekly service will launch in June 2021.

An update on our Sales Support team
A lot has changed in everyone’s lives in the past few months. As you know, the Covid-19 situation has had a huge impact on travel businesses, including Virgin Atlantic.
During this time, and like so many others, we’ve had to adapt our teams and we have made the decision to move our UK Sales Support function to our Sales Support team in South Africa. We’ve been transitioning to our new team over the recent weeks.

Covid Testing
Due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, some of the desinations we're returning to flying have a range of testing requirements in place, to ensure customers and crew are symptom free and safe to fly.
There are a number of different Covid-19 screening methods available, and we've been working hard to evaluate and identify the industry leading testing suppliers, whilst implementing our own robust measures, to give our customers confidence when they travel with us.
