Effective 12MAR20 SAS is extending the rebooking opportunities free of charge for all existing bookings for passengers holding SK/117-document on all SAS operated flights including wetlease, between 05MAR20 and 30APR20.
Waiver rules for voluntary rebooking
Waiver is activated for SAS Sales Centers, SAS Online and Travel Agents
General
Valid for flights not yet cancelled. No change fee applies to bookings made before 04MAR20. The rebooking has to be made before the departure date with new last travel date 28FEB21.
Valid for passengers holding SK/117-document on all SAS operated flights including wetlease.
Note: Not valid for SAS charter flights
If the ticket is changed to a higher fare, any fare difference, including taxes between the existing booking and the new booking must be paid for.
New last travel date 28FEB21
Tickets must be issued on/before 04MAR20
Rebooking can be made only once.
Tickets must be reissued and marked with: FE WAIVES043
Note: When using Dynamic Waiver, the FE line will automatically be updated with the waiver code.
Also valid on Group, Award, VBR and Merged flow tickets.
Change of origin/destination
Not permitted, unless allowed in the fare rule.
SAS will not absorb costs such as, but not limited to, accommodation, food and surface/air transportation for voluntary rebookings.
Rebooking for Travel Agents
Above procedure also valid for travel agents.
For non ATC subscribers/ non Amadeus travel agencies, follow below procedure:

Groups

You can rebook 1 time for free (change fee is waived, but fare difference applies)
If you rebook, the original commitment dates and conditions remain.
Regular rules for ADM apply (ADMs will be sent according to the original commitment rules if the booking is canceled)
If you are already in 100% commitment, you can just rebook as usual.
No need to insert names (no need for the ticket number)
The only situation where we need the ticket to be issued is if you choose to postpone the rebooking (see “Postpone rebooking of non-cancelled flights – Groups – Travel Agent Procedure”)
