How Do I Make Changes to a Reservation?
We are pleased that our partner airlines support a lot of changes to an existing booking. Please be aware that W2 supports numerous airlines worldwide and therefore the conditions may vary.
If a passenger has an inquiry about amendments, baggage allowance, special service request, or other things, then we recommend to contact our partner airline directly for the changes.
Which Payment Options are Supported by W2?
Multiple options are available when it comes to accepted payment methods by W2. All major credit cards like Visa, American Express, UATP and Mastercard are supported.
The acceptance of the different options may vary according to the market where the ticket has been issued. Please check inside the GDS for an updated overview of supported payment options.
