We’ve gone digital. Our Destination Management group enquiry form is now online to make things easier for you.
Testing is a thing of the past
Remember those days when you had to test to fly with us? While we’re proud to have been one of the first worldwide carriers to require PCR tests, we’re delighted to announce that those days are now over.
Abu Dhabi has relaxed all previous COVID-19 testing requirements so your guests don’t need a test to fly with us, although they may still need one for certain destinations.
Fortunately, our travel requirements page is still packed with up-to-date information on the travel and testing requirements of all destinations on our network.
Arrival PCR testing is still available at Abu Dhabi airport, although it is not mandatory, guests have the option to pay for a test to activate their Al Hosn status.
Important COVID Hub changes
We’ve made some changes to our COVID-19 waiver policy effective from 10 March 2022. Here are the key changes you need to know:
For all tickets issued or reissued before 31 May 2022, all travel must be completed by 30 September 2022. For voluntary changes: rebooking free of charge if within the same RBD; otherwise, the difference in fare to be collected.

What’s new on Etihad Hub?
We speak your language
We are adding more languages to Etihad Hub to make it easier to communicate with our trade partners worldwide. We recently added Japanese and Spanish to the Hub so drop by soon to say ‘konichiwa’ or ‘¡hola!’.
Finally, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued loyalty and support.
I wish you all a fantastic start to the busy travel season.
