Agents should ensure they follow the best practice with regards to GDS churn. From 1 November 2022, the ADM penalty process will be reinstated.
Etihad Airways reserves the right to hold the travel service provider responsible and liable for any losses and damages due to violation of this policy by the relevant travel service providers.
