Partial or full refunds of 881 Condor tickets, which have been issued after 26.09.2019, can be processed again through GDS refund transactions by the issuing agency.
The Involuntary Condor Policy does apply. Please remove all inactive or not required flight segments within affected PNRs. Should individual coupons need to be changed from status U to O for the purpose of a GDS refund, please contact our GDS Helpdesk via Queue: FRADE098H/0 or e-mail: gds-help@condor.com. Once the coupon/s have been re-opened, the refund must be processed within the same day, otherwise the system will automatically assign the coupon status to U.
