1. After ticket issue, you have to enter in PNR SR XLEG:
SR XLEG FB – 4A preferred seat
Important: Inserting an SR XLEG with a specific seat number is a must, since when occurs changing of an airplane type, the airline must be informed of what was the initially saved seat and take action to restore it.

Important : The passenger must carry a printed copy of the issued EMD in the event of confirmation to the check-in officer that the Preferred seat service is prepaid.
Please note that the seats only can be booked in GDS up to 2 days before the flight.

Booking and paying of preferred seats on flights of Bulgaria Air in Sabre:
When a reservation is made you have to send a Seat request to FB:
Where 1 is the number of the flight segment, for which the seat is requested, 4A is the number of the preferred seat for passenger 1.1
Space control receives the request and if the seat is free confirms it. After confirmation the reservation comes to a queue and the seat becomes with a status KK.
You need to know in advance the number of the requested seat.
• Once the seat is confirmed you can continue to filling out the mask for the EMD issue
The fee is not automatically charged and must be specified in the mask manually. The price is currently € 10 per direction.
After issuing the ticket, we request the mask with the following command:
Where T2 is the ticket order number in the * T field and N1.1 is the passenger number.
After filling in, ENTER is pressed and the system reports AIR EXTRA ITEM CREATED and can be displayed before issuing with * AE.
• EMD Issue
Upon issue, the EMD number is visible in the reservation and can be displayed with the transaction: WEMD * 3 or WEMD * T6232402837290 (where 3 is the EMD line number after * T)
*The passenger must carry at the check-in desk printed copy of the issues EMD in order to confirm that the service is prepaid.
*It is important that the EMD-S should not be issued earlier than 3 months before the date of travel, as after issuing it automatically becomes with coupon status Flown. This EMD can be detected in a given GDS within 3 months of issue.
