Air India along with the entire nation is coping up with Covid-19 crisis. In wake of the lock-down announced, all our International and Domestic flight operations have been suspended till further update.
It is our utmost endeavor to resolve your concerns at the earliest and assure you that your ticket will be protected at full value with Air India.

In case, you have applied for refund, the process for the same may take longer time than usual till normalcy is restored and please refrain from raising the matter as charge back.
Your kind understanding and cooperation shall be appreciated to help us tide over the present crisis. Please don't worry, if you have missed your flight or unable to get your booking cancelled, there’s no need to panic. Simply follow these easy guidelines:
Applicable: (For travel between 23rd Mar’20 to 30th Apr’20): All Air India tickets (Domestic & International both Inbound/outbound).
New booking / Re-booking / Cancellation of itinerary:
i. If you are holding a ticket for a flight operating between 23rd Mar’20 to 30th Apr’20 and you do not wish to travel; you need not visit or call Air India, or your travel agent. You don’t even have to report to the airport, for rescheduling your flight.
ii. Air India will waive No-Show charges i.e. your ticket will be protected at full value.
iii. As and when you finalise the date of your travel (upto 30th Sep’20), you can reschedule your travel without paying any date change or sector change fee for your travel. Difference of fare applicable in case of non-availability of same RBD. The new ticket will be issued for the same passenger for any Air India or Alliance Air flight (not necessarily the original sector the passenger booked their ticket on).
