Air Europa will only accept disputes of ADMs that have been made trough the correct channel that BSPLINK has for these matters. Disputes will be accepted up to 15 days from the issue date of the ADM and in accordance with IATA Reso. 850m.
Air Europa informs about the introduction of tariffs without baggage on long‐haul flights in economy class, including flights departing from Russia on joint flights Moscow-Madrid operated by Aeroflot. The baggage fee is charged at the airport of departure at the rates of the airline operating the first flight.
