Please be informed that in order to ensure the safety of passengers,

Philippine Airlines cancels the following domestic and international flights due to Typhoon " TISOY "(international name " KAMMURI”):

Philippine Airlines is advising passengers to reconsider their travel plans to affected areas for the next three days as more cancellations and delays are expected.

Passengers can track the status of their flights using the website www.philippineairlines.com it is Recommended to check the flight status page within 48 hours before the scheduled trip; also, passengers can download the PAL mobile app to facilitate flight monitoring.

Information for passengers of cancelled flights:

• If the passenger's contact details (CTCE, CTCM) are specified in the booking (PNR),
  the passenger will be informed about the status of flights by e-mail / phone or SMS.
• Passengers have the option to rebook flights within 30 days from the original travel date.
• Refunds are allowed within 30 days of the original travel date.
• Rerouting is allowed according to the fare rules.
