Dear colleagues!

We remind You that in accordance with the IATA rules and the airline rules, if the payment for the ticket was made by credit card, a refund payments amount for the unused ticket must also be made to this credit card. Making a refund in cash in this case is not allowed. Detection of this violation will be the reason for the ADM.

In case the refund cannot be made to the credit card due to the expiration of its validity, or for any other reasons, the cash refund must be confirmed by the relevant document from the Bank.

NOTE

IATA rules states that; ‘’ Refunds of the ticket for transportation paid by Credit Card will only be made to the Credit Card Account of the person to whom such Credit Card has been issued for.’’(As per IATA Passenger Air Tariff, General Rules, 9.3.3.3)
