Dear agents, Copa Airlines asks you to read the exchange and refund policy for passengers in connection with the situation in Chile.

CHANGE THE DATE OF DEPARTURE
- Tickets issued: until October 19, 2019
- Departure dates: 19 October – 01 November, 2019
- Rebooking is possible: until November 01, 2019 inclusive.
- New start dates: until 10 November 2019 inclusive. Importantly:

CHANGE THE DATE OF DEPARTURE
- Tickets issued: until October 22, 2019
- Departure dates: 23 October – 01 November, 2019
- Rebooking is possible: until November 01, 2019 inclusive.
- New start dates: until 07 November 2019 inclusive. Importantly:
IMPORTANTLY:
- The WAIVER CODE can be used no more than once for each booking.
- Passengers may be asked to change the departure date without penalty.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION:
- WAIVER CODE must be included in the endorsement box tickets and in the OSI element PNR when reissuing the ticket.
- If the departure date depends on these changes, the return date may also be changed at the request of the passenger.
- Full refund is possible only in case of flight cancellation (via BSPLink), otherwise it is necessary to comply with the fare rules.
- Additional costs are paid exclusively by passengers.
