In connection with the cancellation of visa-free entry to the territory of GUAM for citizens of the Russian Federation from October 3, 2019, we inform you about the rules for the return and exchange of tickets issued in this direction.

• for Russian citizens traveling to GUAM
• for Tickets issued prior to September 6, 2019 from the date of travel after October 2, 2019

Ticket refund: no penalty in case of official refusal of US visa.

Ticket exchange: no penalty if a copy of the U.S. visa is presented (such ticket can be exchanged once without penalty). It is only possible to change the date with the preservation of the route to GUAM. In case upgrade fare need add charge fee.
