News → Philippine Airlines - PR (079). ADM policy and cancellation policy

Dear colleague,

The airline Philippine Airlines is reminiscent of the cancellation policy:

  • NEED Cancelation all segments with status HX, UC, NO, UN.
  • Do not create bogus bookings.
  • Refrain from a large number of cancellations. The system will automatically disable agencies with a high cancellation rate.
  • Monitor all messages in the queue (especially rescheduling).
  • Enter the passenger's contact details (email and mobile phone) so that passengers are notified of any schedule change in GDS formats SSR CTC.

Agencies with a cancellation rate of 85% or higher will be automatically disabled from accessing the booking.
