Dear agents!

Bangkok Airways informs that from July 14, 2019, all agents working in the main booking systems have the opportunity to issue an EMD to collect charge penalty.

Until 31 August 2019, Bangkok Airways allows agents using any booking system to use the “OB Tax Code”.

From September 1, 2019, the only way to collect the charge penalty will be EMD.

Key codes, RFID (Reason for issuance codes) and RISC (Reason for issuance SubCodes) can be found in the table and also in the root directory of the GDS..
