Due to the frequent cases of incorrect make of refunds/changes of all flight segments in RT routes, we remind You that the fee specified in the rules fare will be charged twice

OW (CHARGE APPLIES PER FARE  COMPONENT)

For example                                                                                                                                          

Ticket (routing RT) DME-SKG-DME consists of two tariff components

the fee (CHARGE) applied is used twice (PER FARE COMPONENT).
