Dear agents!

This policy of Gulf Air comes into force on June 10, 2019 and applies to flights to/from Sudan until the situation in the country normalizes.

Involuntary rerouting:

All passengers with GF tickets issued before 6 June 2019 for flights to Khartoum (KRT) 3-15.06.2019 inclusive, change of date/route for travel to/from Sudan from 16 to 30 June 2019 is allowed. No fee will be charged for changes in this case.

Involuntary refund:

Involuntary refund  is possible via BSPLink. The booking file (PNR) must be made with the following remark:

OS GF INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION FULL REFUND DUE TO DISRUPTED FLIGHTS TO/FROM SUDAN

In case of a completely unused ticket, the fare is fully refundable.

In the case of a partially used refund ticket, the difference between the fare paid and the fare used (OW) must be calculated.
