Procedure for agents who have issued tickets for these flights:

• If you are working with FLYDUBAI through the BSP and issued tickets at the stock  (141):
• Rebook the segment and reissue no fee (no ADC) tickets to another FZ flight that suits passengers on dates +/- 7 days from the date of the cancelled flight.

IMPORTANT!

• The original booking class must be observed.
• If there is no desired booking class, or any other difficulties, please contact avia@avia-centr.ru
• Involuntary refund of unused ticket or unused part of the ticket through Refund Application is allowed , please contact avia@avia-centr.ru
