Dear colleagues and partners,

According to the regulation (EU) 2016/681, TAP Air Portugal informs about the need to include in the booking the passport data of passengers departing to/from Finland.

Passport data are entered through SSR remarks by means of the following commands

SRDOCS TP HK1-P-PRT-012345678-PRT-30JUN73-F-14APR14-SMITH-SARA-MARIA/P1

• Remark with partial data is allowed only for flights to/from the United States
• The use of names, suffixes, forms of deference or special characters is not permitted
• need use spaces between names

The passport holder indicator (H) should only be used if the passport is used by more than one passenger.
for example, when the child is included in the passport of one of the parents

If the passenger (passport holder) does not have a second name, it is necessary to leave a space and enter two lines before the indicator of the passport holder (H), otherwise the system recognizes this indicator as the initial of the second name of the passenger
