informs about changes in IATA resolution 830d, with effect from 01.06.2019. New rules of Resolution IATA 830d will come into force on June 1, 2019.

These changes require travel agencies to enter passenger contact information in the booking. This contact information will be shared with the airlines, allowing them to contact the passengers directly in case of possible cancellation and delay of flights and inform them about changes on the flight.
