We remind You that LATAM airlines continues work on the monitoring of bookings and issuance of tickets for violations.

Sanctions will be reviewed and imposed on violations related to duplicate bookings, extra segments and fake names. Violations, committed during may, will be treated as a trial period, so they will not be subject to fines.

Since June 2019, the revealed violations are subject to fines, which will be held in July of the same year.
