From may 15, 2019, the new uniform rules will come into force in case of schedule changes on Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS flights. According to the new rules, it will be possible to make the necessary changes to the tickets at the travel Agency. Please note that in this case you may need to authorize the airline. With additional options, passengers will have more opportunities to change their tickets in case of flight cancellations just before departure.

The new rules will apply both in case of advance changes in the schedule (earlier than 1 day before departure (SKCHG/SKED), and in case of changes in the schedule directly on the day of departure or the day before (INVOL/IRROP).
