We inform You about the changes in the schedule:

On June 05, 2019, for operational reasons, flight FZ911/FZ912 Dubai-Vnukovo-Dubai will not be operated:

• 05.06 FZ 911 DXB VKO 09:10
• 05.06 FZ 912 VKO DXB 14:40

Procedure for agents who have issued tickets for these flights:

If you are working with FlyDubai’ through the BSP:

1. Rebook the segment and rewrite no ADC tickets to another FZ flight that suits passengers on dates +/- 7 days from the date of the cancelled flight.

IMPORTANT!

• The original booking class must be observed.
• If the desired booking class is not available, or any other difficulties, please contact avia@avia-centr.ru

2. Involuntary refund of unused ticket or unused part of the ticket through Refund Application is allowed.
