We would like to inform You that Aeroflot PJSC has made changes to the terms and conditions of the refund operation for air tickets issued on forms 555 and neutral forms with carrier code 555.

It is prohibited to carry out the operation of ticket refund if the actual amount to be refunded to the passenger, taking into account the agent's own fees withheld, is absent.
