Dear colleagues! Please note that from March 29, 2019 Turkish Airlines introduced an additional service fee for all tickets issued in the Russian Federation, with departure and/or arrival in Moscow or St. Petersburg. Additional fee “Q-charge” is applied automatically at the time of calculation of the route in the amount of 5 EUR per fare component*.
NOTICE: * part of the route between two consecutive tariff points.
Additional information and rules of application of the collection below:
- An additional fee applies for business and economy class of service;
- Additional fee applies only for flights with departure from Moscow or St. Petersburg on FRIDAY and SATURDAY.
- Additional fee applies only for flights with arrival in Moscow or St. Petersburg on SUNDAY and MONDAY.
- Detailed rules for applying the fee are described in the CAT12 FARE rules.
- Additional fee is automatically added to the fare amount at the time of calculation.
- Additional Q-fee is considered part of the Commission.
- The fee is applied only once per tariff component, for example:
VKO-IST-FCO (OW) departure 27 April 2019 (Saturday) -5 EUR additional fee “Q” will be added to the fare amount.
VKO-IST-FCO( RT) departure 27 April 2019 (Saturday) arrival 05 may 2019 (Sunday) – total 10 EUR additional fee “Q” will be added to the fare amount (5 EUR for each fare component / VKOISTFCO5EUR+FCOISTVKO5EUR).
- The fee applies to all tickets issued on the airline stock TC (235), including tickets issued under the corporate agreement (on the tour code).
