Dear agents!

Gulf Air draws Your attention to the peculiarities of working with tickets at the stock 072. The penalty is charged for absolutely all voluntary returns, including tax refund.  For your convenience, this information is recorded in the fare rules.

  THE APPLICABLE GF REFUND FEES WILL BE LEVIED ON      

  ALL TYPE OF REFUNDS                                  

Please strictly observe this rule in order to avoid ADM!

In addition to the newsletter of 11.2018, we re-specify that, in case of no-show, exchange and know-show penalties should be charged separately (OA and OB, respectively).

  CHANGE FEES MUST BE CODED AS OA AND NO-SHOW FEES     

  CODED AS OB IN THE TAX FIELD

According to the rules of the airline Gulf Air, No-show comes 24 hours before departure.

   PASSENGER WILL BE TREATED AS NO SHOW IF THE         

   BOOKING IS NOT CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE   

   THE DEPARTURE OF THE FLIGHT.                        

Also, in connection with the frequent requests of agents, we confirm that in case of non-show of the passenger on any of the sections of the route, he cannot take advantage of the subsequent! Even if the flight segments in the booking are active, the ticket must be reissued in accordance with the new route (if the exchange is allowed by the fare rules).

   USING COUPONS OUT OF SEQUENCE IS NOT PERMITTED       

   NEW TKT HAS EQUAL OR HIGHER VALUE THAN PREVIOUS      

   TKT REBOOKING IS REQUIRED IF RESERVATION CANCELLED

   IF A TICKET IS USED OUT OF SEQUENCE GF RESERVES           

   THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY PNR OR INVALIDATE THE             

   REMAINING FLIGHT COUPONS.                                 

   IF A PASSENGER FAILS TO TRAVEL ON A SECTOR BOOKED         

   GF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE REMAINING GF SECTOR.
