We inform You that in connection with the introduction from April 02, 2019. in a number of areas of the new fare group (brand) LITE.  in order to provide passengers on these areas of the possibility in the transition period to use the fare, providing for the free baggage allowance, with voluntary changes affecting the first coupon of fully unused tickets issued before April 2, 2019 at the rates of the brand BUDGET, it is allowed to exchange for a ticket at the rates of the brand OPTIMUM, valid on the new date of commencement of transportation, but in compliance with all other conditions of application of fares, if at the time of the passenger's request for changes fare group (brand) BUDGET no for this direction.

Voluntary refund of tickets, reissued with rate brand for the BUDGET tariff of the brand OPTIMUM, in addition to the charge for return according to the rules of the fare of the brand OPTIMUM also retained the non-refundable amount from the original fare of the brand BUDGET.

Please note that if you have excess baggage, you must pay for it no later than the check-in deadline. If the passenger refuses to pay for the carriage of baggage in excess of the norm, the carrier has the right to refuse carriage of the passenger in accordance with paragraph 4. article 22 FAP-82. Payment for Luggage at the gate in boarding is not possible.
