News → FLYDUBAI. Changes in the schedule caused by the suspension of operation of Boeing 737 MAX

FLYDUBAI expresses its respect to you and thanks you for your sales.

We inform you about the changes in the schedule caused by the suspension of operation of Boeing 737 MAX : all flights from now on will be operated on Boeing 737-800.

Flights to the cities of Russia: Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Samara, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-don, Mineral Waters, Makhachkala will be carried out without changes. In the period from 16 to 21 March 2019, the number of flights to/from Moscow is reduced from two daily to one flight per day. Canceled flights FZ911 / 912 with departures 16,18,19,20 and 21 March.

Procedures for agents issuing tickets for these or other cancelled flights:

If you are working with FLYDUBAI through the BSP and issued tickets at the BSO airlines (141):

Rebook the segment and reissued tickets without charge (NO ADC ) to another FZ flight that suits passengers on dates +/- 7 days from the date of the cancelled flight.

IMPORTANT!

  • The original booking class must be observed.
  • If you do not have the desired booking class, or GDS is not available flights between departure and arrival on the desired date, or any other difficulties, please write to us at: Avia@AVIA-CENTR.RU (text only to English language) .

If you work with FLYDUBAI under a direct contract in the portal TA :

  • It is allowed to rebook tickets for another flight of the FZ flight that suits passengers on dates +/- 7 days from the date of the cancelled flight.
  • To make changes, please write to us at: Avia@AVIA-CENTR.RU
